Includes: Deep Cleaning and sanitizing of QUEEN size mattress. Special attention to problem areas. Includes cleaning of Top and Sides of mattress. Most types of materials included (see below for exclusions) Excludes: Mattress Larger than Queen size. (King Size is $120) Double sided mattresses ($160 for double sided Queen size mattress) Memory foam and materials with an X code indicated on the label. Hazardous contaminant removal, mold blood etc. Yellow stain removal. Pet Odor / Stain treatment. Scotchguard fabric protector, (available for $20 additional). Deodorizer, (available for $15 additional). Extreme soil conditions such in cases where mattress has never been cleaned and layers of dirt and stains can be observed all over it.
